REAL TIME ANALYSIS FOR ELISA AND DNA
The Burkard Automatic Multi-Vial Cyclone Sampler offers ‘Real Time’ rapid detection of airborne spore and particle matter. Samples are collected into 1.5 ml Eppendorf vials located on a carousel. The movement of the carousel and Eppendorf vials can be operated by external switching or remote control.
Completely self-contained with its own suction source the particles are monitored in an air movement of 16.5 litres/min. Mounted on precision bearings the instrument is sensitive to wind direction and the sampling orifice is kept into the prevailing wind by the vane mounted on the rear of the cover. Designed for field application the unit will mount on a weather station or remote location. Low power consumption makes it possible to operate from solar panels with battery ‘back-up’.
